9/20/02:

New host names and communications network changes.

We added more network bandwidth to our systems this week. These changes required configuration of new host names for our systems. Please reconfigure your emulation product to use one of the following host names for the system name. If you are having problems connecting with one try using the other host name. Each host name uses a different communication line to access our machines.

v400y.virtual400.net
v400y2.virtual400.net

When you need to FTP to or from our systems please use ftp.virtual400.net. This host name uses a communication line that is isolated and does not effect the emulation or web hosting accounts.

If your emulation product is configured using an IP address it will need to be re-configured using one of the host names above.

If you are a web hosting account, you will have a specific host name for your site. Please open a help desk ticket if you have not received an email explaining what your new host name is.
