9/18/02:

Network changes will require downtime.

Due to a problem with the changes being made we will be down until 10:00am 9/20/02.

Our new communications network is configured and ready to be implemented. The changes will require 3 hours of downtime which is scheduled for Thursday 9/19/02 at 2:00pm PST.

These changes provide multiple communications lines into our facility for all users. You will now be able to use the following host names for emulation and ftp.

v400y.virtual400.net
v400y2.virtual400.net
ftp.virtual400.net

If your emulation product is configured using an IP address it will need to be re-configured using one of the host names above. If you FTP to our systems you will need to use the ftp host name above.

If you are a web hosting account, you will have a specific host name for your site. Please open a help desk ticket if you have not received an email explaining what your new host name is.
