9/5/02:

Network changes will require downtime.

We are in the final steps of having our backup T-1 line installed.  The phone company is scheduled to release the line to us on 9/10/02.  We will finish our router and systems configuration between then and 9/15/02.

We anticipate all systems being down between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on 9/15/02.  During this timeframe the systems will be multi-homed and PTF's will be applied.
