V5R1 Upgrade Complete.

V5R1 was upgraded Friday night. We are experiencing a problem with the login and signup features from the Virtual400 website. We should have this fixed before Monday. There are also authority changes that were made during this upgrade. The basic account users had too much authority and the Developers didn't have enough. We made further modifications in preparation for the Developer Plus account.

Look for these new "tools" in this release. Also remember that the tools are accessible based on the account type you are currently using. Basic users do not have access to the IFS, web development, java development. The basic account is intended for those doing "green screen" development.
