C400 Demo Instructions
The C400 DEMO provides you as close to the real look and feel of our integrated product without actually entering one of our customer's CMS systems. Our goal is to let you actually see how user friendly, and well integrated our product is with your existing CMS system.
We are confident you will find this QUANTUM LEAP in technology as exciting as our existing and potential clients have. We now provide you and your casinos with real time access to live data instantaneously. The data contains all the information you have told us you require to make an informed decision that will increase your drop while minimizing your risk.
Once you have had the opportunity to walk through the demo we welcome your input.

This demonstration requires an emulation software program to be loaded on your pc to execute. Please click here to install the emulation software.

On the main sign on screen enter the user id and password
that was given to you to start the demo.

You will come into a test CMS. Enter the Initials CAGS and the password; which is CAGS. Then
press the enter key.

Next the Casino Main Menu will display. Select option 3 – Credit Menu and press the
enter key.

Next the Casino Credit Menu will display. Select option 3
– Display Customer Account Information and press the tab key until you are on
the Input data line. You will want to
enter the last name of the customer, in the test scenario this would be
ADAMS. Then press enter.

If there is more than one customer with the same last name
you are presented a screen to select the one you want. For the test scenario you want to select
number 2 – Howard Adams and press enter.
NOTE: This process is emulating the inquiring casinos CMS. It is not possible from C400 to select customers from a list. You must have already selected the customer in your CMS product and have a key to the information. A key is identified as one or more of the following, Social Security Number, Drivers License Number and State, State ID Number and State, Passport Number and Country, Military ID.

You will now be on the Display Customer Account
Information Screen. The information
being displayed is for the customer, Howard Adams. You will note that there is an additional Function Key, F-20 –
C400 Functions. This key is used to
look at the C400 Credit Screens. Press
F-20 (Shift F-8) to start C400.

A pop-up window will display with several selections on
it. Select the screen by placing an X
in front of the Option. Press Enter to
view it. If the screen includes
additional information you can get to it by pressing the F-20 again. If no additional information is available
you will come back to the pop-up window and can select another screen for
review.

When you are finished looking at the credit information
for that customer you can exit back by pressing F-12. To end the demo enter
option 90 and press enter.
