System Information:

Host Addresses: (These are the host names used when configuring emulation products or setting up FTP sessions)
Emulation - your assigned host address is listed in several places. It is on your welcome email. You can also see this information from the Maintain Account link.

Initial Account Setup - When your account is created you will be sent a welcome email. There will also be a link to the new account access procedure. This procedure describes how to download and configure the emulation product and activate your account. This process also explains how your password is assigned and sent to you.

Developer Account Configuration - If you sign up for a developer account, there is a configuration step that requires us to cycle our HTTP servers. This happens at night and you will receive an email informing you when it is done. Click here for more info on Developer Accounts.

Emulation Software - We recommend Mochasoft TN5250 emulation software. There are different versions of the software available depending on the operating system of your PC. Click here to get detailed configuration information.

Email Server Address: email.virtual400.com - When configuring your client software to use your Virtual400 pop-3 email account use this address for the POP 3 / SMTP server names.

Email Address During Signup Process -The email address you use during the signup process is very important. It is the only way we communicate with you when telling you about issues, problems, new features, etc. If you change your email address you need to click on the option to update your account which is available to you from page presented after the login page.
